Mensagem:  I totally agree with Miguel (I'm glad you're back Miguel, as I hadn't seen your postings for quite a while) but I also understand Bruno's interest in grammar. In my opinion, Bruno, the sentence you are trying to analyze: AN EXTREMELY OLD HOT CUP OF STRONG BLACK COFFEE is kind of awkward and unlikely to occur. I think you should always look for real language examples in your studies of syntax. The word HOT is misplaced as it obviously refers to the coffee and not to the cup. The sentence should be rewritten perhaps like this: AN EXTREMELY OLD CUP OF STRONG AND HOT BLACK COFFEE Ricardo - EMB
