I thought of "overpriced invoice." But then by "overpriced" one might think of the cost that goes into the making of an invoice, not of an overbilling invoice.
For what it seems worth, you might (blatantly) accuse your merchandise seller of "overpricing" their goods or services. Or that they actually
"took money from you unfairly or dishonestly especially by charging exorbitant prices."
