Tastes (looks) yummy, but getting back to the (Debby´s) crux of the matter, is there Parmesan cheese in Japan (or for that matter, in England and UK?).
I mean, I am talking about the last recipe. Debby could say what types of cheese are available, and would be nice of her to say if she have tried some of the recipes.
That´s all, for the time being. Ah, my words here are just out of curiosity, I didn´t mean any sort of criticism, just in case.
