Mensagem:  CR, I caught that "blouse" thing too.  If my memory serves me correctly, I think in the USMC they say "blouse" instead of "shirt".  My dad was a Marine, and he sure wasn't a lady! 

And paratroopers "blouse their jump boots". 

I was in Colombia in December and January.  The military and police tuck their pants into their boots, but they use a style or system quite different from ours.  Our pants look natural until they reach the boots.  Colombian pants are tight against the legs from about the knees down.
