Oh, yes, they don´t insult women with "son of...", since don´t exist no equivalent in the "daughter of..." (sharply noticed, Dave.  Well done).

    To woman they are well economical with words, so they leave out the "son of" part, they just say "bitch", simple like that.  And ,believe me, it is pretty much used up to now.
