Let´s imagine that I am pointing that in an advisory capacity, so there´s no need

of raising blood pressure, don´t you think?
   It´s like a company, I am the business consultant not the auditor, so if I say don´t
spend more than n bucks in a project it don´t necessarily means that you can´t go ahead
on your own and spend just the same. And may it be that you even do better.
   The auditors say that you wasted some bucks and you helplessly hear and choose your words
with most care, for your want to bring the bacon to home.
   Here, is more of the first case, see? If you decide to put more than one question marks, is up you, no problem.  It´s your personal taste, and I will know then.
   And yeah you can place a question mark before one sentence, if you are writting in Spanish.
