Tia, I don´t know what you specifically mean by "varal com roldanas" (há alguns que as conhecem como adriças), first things that comes to my mind are:
[Laundry] drying rack and clothers airers-generally speaking; of course.
More specific would be the following ones: (wall mounted)
*Ruckzuck - at least in UK lingo (o tipo sanfona, que prega com parafusos na parede, por exemplo.)
Ceiling mounted (the ones that you pull the ropes and they go up, towards the ceiling):
*Laundry drying rack (or ceiling clothes dryer);
*Air-dry laundry rack;
*Hanging drying rack;
*Ceiling clothes airer/drying rack; and
*Adjustable-height dryer rack.
It was what I thought in hasty way, you know what is a "varal" so it is now up to you to make the complete sentence.
