As far as I know "commercial" bathrooms have "ralos" (drain) but "home" bathrooms don't.
There's a "ralo" for the "shower" floor (inside the "box" area).
And the bathtubs have their usual drains.
Kitchens don't have a drain on the floor, but commercial kitchens do.
In order to clean a kitchen floor at home people will sweep it and use a wet spong mop and a bucket.
To clean commercial floors people will sweep first and then mop it with an industrial mop and some cleaning solution.
Some big places have machines that are pushed around and others have machines just like "carts" where people can seat and ride them.
