Hi Breno,
Very good point but still, I do not agree. Culture and language are two different things. And is a mistake to believe that culture is a Human Being thing.
What about birds, rats, gorillas, don’t you think they also have culture? Yet, they can’t speak. According to your definition, “the set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterizes an institution, organization or group.”
By group, it doesn’t say Humans right? I’m just trying to say that is possible to have language without culture or culture without language.
