Mensagem:  The word "bagasse" seems to be exclusive to sugarcane residue.

"Pulp" is the edible part of a fruit, which is soft and juicy, unlike the dry and fibrous "bagaço" we know.

How about the word "pomace"? It's used more often with grapes and olives, but I think it could be used to describe orange remains as well.

If you're looking for generic terms, consider the expressions "orange residue," "orange remains" and "orange waste."

If you want to be more precise, a complete explanation is probably the best choice: "bagaço" is the dry, fibrous residue that remains after squeezing an orange.
