There is money for food and candy in the wallet.

(1) There is money in the wallet for food and candy.

(2) In the wallet there is money for food and candy.

The three sentences sound fine to me.  My (2) is a simple variation of your (1).  However, even the original sentence is acceptable.  Maybe your ears are a little too sensitive.

However, I would suggest you change your "Is no it?" to "Isn´t it?"
