I would say that is all of them, but also where the mind takes over when one´s pain/effort threshold is reached, let´s say in a tennis match. Or when a soccer match is taking place and your team is losing by 3 x 0 and you do believe in turning tables, and you do turn tables! So, it is not only about 'roughness' in itself, it´s the inner incentive that poker players, soccer coachers (when the team keeps losing and the supporters turns nasty, yelling 'burro, burro'), it´s a kind of endureness one has that seems like craving for challenge, not only for winning and money.
