I am trying to translate the following sentence:
"... Mr. Eisner, the longtime Disney chief executive, took questions as Mr. Iger, the company president, cooled his heels"
I am looking for the meaning of "cooled his heels" - does it have anything to do with when somebody is just relaxed (at home) cooling their feet in a water bowl???
Please I need your help
Also I need the translation for:
"to schmooze with reporters"
"a faithful second banana"
Thanks in advance for your help.
You always do a great job.
