Assunto:  academic jargon
Mensagem:  Like our native speaker friends tell us on the EMB forum if the language doesn't sound natural or understandable to the average native speaker let's not use it.

But yet,  outcome focused is language that I'd call academic jargon and it works only in a limited circle thus not being easily understood by the average native speaker.

We can still use academic jargon but only when it is appropriate though.
