I believe you can't use "to finesse" for aircraft detailing. You can use it as a noun in American English but not with the same meaning as "detailing".

To finesse also means "to be deceitful or clever in avoiding or escaping something".

In order to speak in a way that will make you understood by native speakers you could say "high-end aircraft detailing" or  "superior aircraf detailing".

( detalhamento avançado/superior  de aeronaves )

Finesse - noun

She has handled these difficult negotiations with real finesse.
She has handle these difficult negotiations with great skill / great style
