  As for "picanha" there´s this discussion about it, at:



  Would be (if it would more aptly named) - rump roast.      

  It explains that:     “In England,” Rodnei said, “it’s the top part of the Silverside and Topside sections.”



    Then, he offer this chart (where we learn that they use     Silverside end/Rumpsteak
meaning 'picanha'; both, in the USA and England)
