"Shoes" for breasts is used by University of Southern California students. I do not know who else uses that word to disguise the subject of breasts in public.
More widely used terms include hooters (yes, the same word used as the name for the restaurant chain: Hooters), boobs, melons, rack (this refers to the horns of large animals such as deer and antelope), bazonkers, etc. "Buns" is commonly used for butt, male or female.
Surprisingly, here in Costa Rica a similar word for breasts is commonly used: tenis (as in tennis shoes). ¡Qué lindos tenis tiene la güila aquella! (What great breasts that girl over there has!)
I am so pleased we had this chance for this intellectual linguistical exchange.
