Mensagem:  quite = very, extremely, sometimes totally
completely = totally

The dog is quite wet but his ears are dry.  (Almost totally wet.)
The dog is quite wet.  (Extremely and possibly completely and totally wet.)

The dog is completely wet.  (No part of his body is dry.)
