Truta, Quality language schools are tough to run because they require highly qualified teachers, and those teachers cost the school a great deal of money. Students are demanding regardless of their socioeconomic status. The more you offer or give your students the more they are going to demand from you. Let's say you install an interactive board, now they want more comfortable chairs - some even have the guts to tell you what color the school should be and things like that. Only 2 to 3% or your students are really going to put forth an effort to really learn English and become fluent while they are studying with you or at your school. The others tend to be pretty lame students that don't exercise any effort on their part besides going to class once or twice a week. There are so many things to consider that it's not even funny! |
