Assunto:  Estou satisfeito, já comi o bastante.

   I am full
I have had enough. (with smile and tone of voice)
   I couldn't eat any more.
   I am full up
   I am stuffed

Some sentences (from the Web):

       - "The current goal: stop eating when I'm full."
       - "Why do I want to eat even when I'm full?"
       - “How 'bout stopping eating when I'm full up.”

        - "Had enough?
Editor's note: Such an easy mistake to make! Plein/e does indeed mean 'full', but in the context of feeling full after a meal, use the phrase J'ai assez mangé."

         - "They say when you have eaten a decent size meal to wait 20 minutes before going back for more because it takes 20 minutes for your stomach to feel full. "

          - "Being full -  sate [seit] va. hartar, saciar a uno de comida.V. SATIATE.
I would go with harto, harta for "full" (or saciado)  "

           - "Try to feed an infant when she's full. She will refuse to eat. Try to entice her with a special dessert. She will refuse it. Why? Because "hunger," the drive to eat, is gone. And a recognizable, "just right" feeling of fullness has kicked in. How simple."
